Brim Biotechnology has established a Sustainability Development Task Force, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer and co-chaired by the Chief Operating Officer, with the Corporate Governance Officer serving as the executive secretary. The task force is organized into four functional subcommittees based on key sustainability issues, each led by a designated coordinator. These coordinators are responsible for formulating plans and strategies, while cross-functional team members from relevant departments collaborate to implement initiatives and achieve the company’s sustainability objectives.
