Mr. Ma has over 30 years of experience in financial markets and asset management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Drexel University.

Mr. Ma began his career in asset management and served as General Manager of Taiwan at BlackRock for 16 years. During his tenure, he expanded the distribution of offshore funds, strengthened institutional partnerships, and supported pension reform initiatives, reinforcing the firm’s market leadership in Taiwan. He later served as President of Manulife Investment Management (Taiwan), overseeing fund management and product strategy.
He has also held senior roles in industry associations, contributing to pension system development and fund governance standards.

Since 2025, Mr. Ma has been serving as Vice Chairman of Fuh Sheng Securities Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and as an Independent Director of SDTI (Chia Lung), continuing to support the development of Taiwan’s financial markets and corporate governance.
