James has successfully represented private equity funds in the acquisition of cable multiple system operators in Taiwan, a restaurant chain in the sale of business operations in Taiwan and Beijing, a conglomerate in the purchase of a television channel business, and a high-tech company in the acquisition of a company abroad.As an insurance law expert, James also represents multiple insurance businesses in Taiwan on insurance business regulatory compliance matters and claim disputes.
